Trafield Foundation (TFF)
TFF has a long-standing tradition of supporting local communities through grassroots efforts.
Our Communities Matter (OCM), an employee-centric program designed to dedicate resources to meaningful initiatives around the world, creates lasting positive impact in the communities in which we live and operate.
OCM empowers employees to give back to local causes they believe are most in need. Its intention is to facilitate a variety of local, employee-led volunteering opportunities and company-sponsored gifting programs throughout the year, as well as sponsor ad hoc events in partnership with our Employee Resource Groups such as TFF Pride, the Women’s Leadership Council and TFF Abilities.
It is not enough to live, work and thrive in this world. We have an obligation to help people in need in our community. It’s an obligation our employees fully embrace. That’s why we founded the Trafield Foundation, to give our employees the means to reach out and affect the communities in which we live.
The TFF provides direct financial assistance to help people who have been affected by natural disasters, medical conditions or temporary financial hardships to regain their independence and self-sufficiency. Since 2015 the Foundation has helped many individuals and families in need of temporary assistance because of hardships, when no other safety net was available.
Each year, as Trafield celebrates its successes, few match the pride created by the actions of our employees through the Trafield Foundation.
